Did you know that there are only two adventure parks in uganda? opened in 2011, Lake side Adventure Park is one of the two existing parks and is located on the shores of lake Victoria in kyagwe, mukono district. A peninsular with magnificent scenery, a wide variety of bird life and different species of trees.
The main activity grounds consist of a climbing wall which is 13 metres high, has 3 routes and costs 30,000 ugx per person. right beside the climbing wall is the highlight and main activity at lake side adventure: The high ropes course. For those familiar with the tv-show Ninja worrier, you have a slight idea of what consists of the high ropes course. It basically consists of 2 levels and each level has 11 obstacles and costs 60,000 ugx per person.
Lakeside Adventure Park showcases a lot of physical art as well as offering an utmost adventure on the island struck by undefined Uganda vegetation of the most pristine and yet little known destination, a haven of all top events to have an experience with. The park features the first high ropes course in Uganda, put in place in 2011. This was designed for all visiting travelers inclusive of both amateurs and experienced participants of all ages and abilities, from the most thrilling tree top adventures to the shores of lake victoria with killer sightings observing a defined landscape.
